BUBBLEGUM NOUVEAU
“Bubblegum, a classic favorite. Brings a smile to your face, and exercise to your jaw. Pay that 5 cents, it only makes sense! Blow those bubbles, they won’t get you in trouble!”
Art Deco was my first love, Mid-Century Modern my second. I adore the bold teal and aqua colors of that era, with bold gold and rich silver-colored accents. With that, “Bubblegum Nouveau” was born.
The above poem I wrote for this piece comes mounted on the back of the canvas. Photographed with both indoor and outdoor lighting in the sun.
